This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased through the Gadget Bazaar mobile application.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By using our App and making purchases, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
Return Eligibility
You may return products purchased through our App within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and other included items must be returned
- The product must have all original tags and labels attached (if applicable)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken
- Items with removed or damaged original packaging
- Items that are explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items that are customized or personalized for you
- Digital products and software that have been downloaded or activated
- Gift cards
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Gadget Bazaar account on the App
- Navigate to "My Orders" section
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Select "Return Item" and follow the on-screen instructions
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely with all original contents and include the RAN
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider and typically takes 3-10 business days.
- Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected because the item does not meet our return eligibility criteria, we will notify you and ship the item back to you at your expense.
Refund Options
We offer the following refund options:
- Original Payment Method Refund: Refund to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Store Credit: Refund in the form of store credit that can be used for future purchases on our App (optional)
- Replacement: Exchange for the same product if available (for defective items)
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are handled as follows:
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for items that arrive defective, damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of Mind Returns: If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind or for any reason other than the receipt of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos showing the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund depending on availability and your preference
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement once more
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted

Cancellation of Orders
You may cancel an order before it is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
Special Promotions and Sale Items
Items purchased during special promotions or sales may have modified return policies. Any exceptions to our standard return policy will be clearly stated on the product page or in the promotional details.
