  2. Navigate to "My Orders" section
  3. Select the order containing the item you wish to return
  4. Select "Return Item" and follow the on-screen instructions
  5. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
  6. Package the item securely with all original contents and include the RAN
  7. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions
