Welcome to Gadget Bazaar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Gadget Bazaar mobile application ("App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered through the App.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use our App.
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Gadget Bazaar.
To use our App, you must be at least 18 years old or have obtained parental/guardian consent. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms.
To access certain features of our App, you may need to create a user account. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

All prices displayed in the App are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies even if you have already been charged for the purchase.
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay all charges associated with your order at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred. Payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of products available through our App. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, prices, or other content on the App are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify specifications without prior notice.

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Gadget Bazaar, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by Gadget Bazaar. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
You acknowledge and agree that Gadget Bazaar shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GADGET BAZAAR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
GADGET BAZAAR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DOES GADGET BAZAAR WARRANT THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THE APP OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GADGET BAZAAR, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Gadget Bazaar, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
These Terms and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the App thereafter. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the App, including your account, without notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation, breach of these Terms.
